Reoccurring thrush

I suffer really badly with thrush and get it quite regularly, it’s been even worse since being pregnant. I’m 11w2d and have got it for the second time in 2 weeks. Don’t know how I can make it stay away as I don’t want it affecting my baby, any advice?
