When did you know you were pregnant?

Ladies when did you know you were pregnant? What were some of the signs/symptoms you had & how early did you have them?

I'm convinced I'm pregnant! I have some bleeding the last 2 days but I'm chalking that up to implantation. My normally negative Nelly husband keeps saying I am. A friend even said to my husband "oh she's pregnant, trust me. I'm never wrong!" (She said this because I was hungover from 2 glasses of wine😂) 
I bought pregnancy tests super early and I never do that. Haven't tested yet.  I just really have a positive feeling this month 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻

The first time I was so tired all the time and only wanted fruits and veggies all day everyday. The second time I was very short of breath, had headaches and wanted junk food.

I have one living and 4 losses. So 5 pregnancies. Each was different but I knew. With my living child it was crying at the most random stuff. Another time it was wanting ramen and tasting it without having had it in a longggg time. The other times I felt it in my gut I was. I have a feeling I am again this month. I love jalapeno cheetos but I can't even eat them because I gag on the smell and that's never happened while eating them or trying to. Oh and my face I am prone to break out a week before my period if i dont its usually my sign I'm pregnant. Some women have every sign under the sun. Some have a few. Some have none at all. Some people have a feeling. Some just randomly test and are pregnant
