Hi ladies, I am panicking. I need your personal experiences if you have experienced this. I felt a cold sore coming this morning right after I kissed my 3 week old baby. No break out yet and it doesn't show yet but it's tingling, burning, and itching. I'm freaking out and online forums and info is useless. I am seeing pediatrician today but until then I can't call anyone because everything is closed and urgent care only says see your doctor. Thank you ladies!!!
