Less movement around 35 weeks?!

Question

Hey mommas did anyone notice a change in movements around 35 weeks?? 
Baby girl would move ALL DAY and just yesterday she wouldn’t move as much, I was so worried I had to check with the fetal doppler at least twice... beautiful heart beat ♥️ 
should I be worried? or is she just getting squished in there?

The day before my 36 week appointment I noticed a big decrease in movement. The doctor ended up giving me a non-stress test and I was hooked up to a monitor for 20 minutes. Everything came back normal so we just chalked it up to her running out of room to make large, noticable movements. She did tell me to be more proactive about counting kicks though. So if a day goes by and I haven't felt at least 5 movements within an hour I have to notify the doctor.

Some days my baby is less active and others she is insane. I would try not to worry to much. But trust your intuition and if you need to do kick counts. Lay on your left side in the dark and focus after drinking something cold. 10 movements in 2 hours is what my doc says. They have less room in there so their movements are going to be as crazy as they used to be.

I had just recently spoke with my doctor about this as well. She said it is completely normal because baby is getting a bit cramped in there but if ever you are worried you should go to labor and delivery just to make sure everything is fine. She also said to drink some water and lay on your left side to see if baby moves a bit more.

My Dr. Said it's normal, especially to feel less "big movements". He said if I was worried to perform a kick count,  and if baby doesnt reach 10 movements (big or small doesn't matter) in the 2hr window to go to L&D
