Do Braxton Hicks hurt?

I don’t remember having them with my first... I don’t know if the uncomfortable pain I’m having are BH or round ligament pain or what... but it starts in my lower back and wraps around to my front like it’s on fire.

I’ve always been told BH are uncomfortable and are only in your belly. Anything that’s is in your back and belly can be considered a real contraction even if they are consistent. I have had this off and on since 14 weeks. I see a high risk dr for funneling and short cervix.

No, your belly just get extremely hard and is a little bit hard to breathe but they do not hurt. They usually last less than a minute.
