When to start progesterone after ovulation?

My doctor gave me clomid for day 3-7 and progesterone to start day 21. I’ve not had a period since my miscarriage I got tons of EWCM and a positive opk last night and this morning. So now my question is when should I take progesterone since I ovulated?
