TTC with Anxiety

Yesterday I got my bc removed. My husband and I decided a few weeks ago that we were as ready as we could get. I was so excited and couldn’t wait to get my bc removed. But I suffer really bad from anxiety (no medication just therapy) but I had not had any anxiety regarding pregnancy until yesterday when it all hit me. We really want a baby but my anxiety makes me feel so scared for no reason. Did anyone have this and how did you overcome it?
