What’s the fastest way to get your iron up? My due date is a week and a half away and if I can’t get my iron up, no epidural for me.

Apparently taking your tabs with prenatal tablets and also orange juice helps 💗 I’m the exact same. Have they said you have to have an epidural?!! Or is that you not wanting one? 
My iron is low to 😩

Iron with calcium 500mg or more was what my dr told me when I was starting to become anemic. Also iron rich foods to help your body absorb as much as it can as quickly as possible. Beans is a great start!

As far as I know other than taking supplements, your only option is iron transfusions. I go next week to get mine retested to see if I will need them or not.
