Tips to induce ??

I was at a 1 last Tuesday and my doc just checked me and I’m at a 3!!! What can I do to induce naturally 😌 I’m kinda freaking out lol I didn’t think I would progress so much !!!!

I have tried pineapple juice, red raspberry leaf tea, and sex. The sex and red raspberry leaf tea have seemed to make things slowly start to progress for me. My doctor doesn’t do dilation checks, but I can tell things are opening. I think I’m starting to loose my mucus plug.
