Did you do a gender reveal??

I love gender reveals and the different creative ideas. I also respect the decision to not find out the gender. Did you have a gender reveal for your July baby?? If so what was it?! 
My husband and I are both very outdoorsy and love shooting. We chose to use powdered chalk and tanerite and shoot it to explode and show us pink or blue for our baby!

Yes at the hospital I revealed to myself and my husband she had a vagina not a penis.

We did a gender reveal it was the egg idea . You paint 6 pink eyes and 6 blue but all but one are hard boiled . You smash them on your forehead and when you Smash a raw one that’s how you know if it’s a boy or girl . My sister did that for me but with a twist because we smashed a blue one so we thought it was a boy so then after she gave us a present to open and it was a tutu so i was mad confused and that’s When she said just kidding it’s a girl !

We had a gender reveal with our first but not for this one. For my son I blew up balloons and put blue glitter in one. I pinned the balloons to a backboard and we then had guests at the party throw darts at the balloons. Lucky for us the one with the glitter in it was the last one pooped!

We found out as a family (hubby, stepdaughter, and me) but did a reveal for our families. We had cupcakes made with blue frosting in the middle so everyone bit into it at the same time to see. 
I'm usually not huge on gender reveals, but it was easier to tell everyone at once. We wanted to find out privately in case our daughter wasn't happy with the outcome. I didn't want her to lose her mind in front of everyone.
