Nexplanon implant!!

So I got my Nexplanon October 27 2014 and I Was supposed to have it for 3 years But due To No Financial way of getting it removed I haven't removed it...can i still get pregnant If It's still in my arm but a year Expired? My partner has been releasing them in me but no sign as of now
