Anything used for sinus or allergies has the potential to decrease milk supply. The medication is designed to dry up your sinuses and decrease mucus production. This works the same on your milk production. So if you use it only do it a few days.

I’ve read that decongestant can decrease milk supply. Antihistamines are okay to take - Benadryl, Claritin.
