For 2 hours now I’ve had excruciating back pain with waves of intensity and tightening pulling feeling across my lower abdomen too. Seems like every 10 mins they are more painful. My belly has been ROCK hard allll day like sooo hard and uncomfortable and baby is moving less. I feel the pressure to pee even when I already have peed. I lost my mucous plug Sunday it was huge. I’m just about 38 weeks and was dilated 3-4 cm 2 weeks ago. I’m in the bath now and my back is still aching and I’m still feeling the cramps and pulling now and again in the front too

Also feel lightening crotch now and again

I should add my boyfriend and I had sex in between all this 🙄
