Birthing ball/Yoga ball
So I’ve heard that these balls help induce or at least get things going down stairs. How true is this? Has anyone tried it before? If so, how long are you supposed to hop on them? I asked my provider last week about it. She said she didn’t recommend it because it can break you’re water before your actual time. FTM here so I wanna know y’all’s experience with them.
