How much brewer’s yeast?

I bought some brewers yeast tablets to help increase my milk supply they are 650mg each. How many should I take how many time per day?

Hey on facebook there is a group called breastfeeding support group. It has amazing advice for pretty much any question you can possibly think of. I definitely recommend joining it if your breastfeeding. There is so much help and support from other moms in the group.
