TMI dry skin

I'm not too sure what this is, it started a couple days after giving birth to my son, and it's now been about 2 weeks, it was itchy when it first started happening, now not so much, but its flaking skin. I dont have a family doctor and have a 2 year old and a newborn along with my husband working in a different town so he needs our car so its hard to find time to go to a clinic. It's just where its shown in the picture, not any further down, and I havent really noticed any other things happening down there. Does anyone know what it is or how to get rid of it?
