I have open cuts and sores on my vaginal area and I don’t believe it’s an std because I get tested regularly and everything always come back negative. I been on depo for years and my period would be on for an extended amount of time so I thought down there was maybe just chafing from having to wear pads all the time but my period been off for a while now and after using nair down there I noticed all the cuts and open skin and it’s even on my inner labia... do anyone have an idea of what it is

I have a doctor appointment but it’s not until November 1st 😑
