Manageable Workout Routine
Hey Lovelies!! I’m a 17 year old senior in high school (Graduating Early in December 🙌🏻), I’m fairly busy with school, homework, and acting (I’m currently playing Juliet in my Local Theatre’s production of Romeo and Juliet), but I know that for my overall health, both mental and physical, I need to exercise. I’m just having a hard time establishing a routine. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!!
