Coconut oil
Has anyone ever tried coconut oil or any type of coconut oil to help aid pregnancy symptoms or for health benefits while pregnant ? I am so nauseous, vomiting and feel awful. I read an article, well many, that stated coconut oil is extemely beneficial. Just wanted to get feedback :)
