I’m just applied for the job and would love to know what did you did from day to day working as one

I think this depends on the place. I worked at a hospital that had us cross trained to be receptionists and the technicians. Which means we did everything except diagnose, prescribe meds and perform the surgeries. But at first you’ll prob just be answering the telephone, collecting owner and pet info, scheduling appointments, asking questions to screen for emergencies, taking messages, checking appts in and out, making appt reminder calls and balancing the cash at the end of the day.
