Plan b and yellow discharge?

I took plan be a few days ago because of unprotected sex... I was supposed to get my period yesterday and didn’t. I have been having all the normal symptoms of my period such as cramps, bloating, (extra moody), and diarrhea. I knew the pill could make me late but I spotted a tiny bit and used a light tampon for a little bit and this is what I had on it when I removed it, should I be worried about pregnancy?
