Help!

I have very irregular periods so I never know when I'm ovulating sometime I only get a period every 4 months. Went to OBGYN they said all test came back as normal and they are blaming birth control being in my system still. I stopped taking birth control Jan 2017.

I have sore swollen boobs and I've never had this stretchy CM at all this year it's always lotion not stretchy at all!! What do you ladies think!!!!!!
