So I used to think negatively of menstrual cups because it seems to be the general consensus around me from other people too. I don’t know personally anyone who uses menstrual cups and I can’t find any in the chemists/supermarkets.

But I commonly see when women say once they switched to the menstrual cup, they never go back.

I’d love to hear people’s personal experiences, where they bought theirs, how long they last and are they suitable for a heavy flow? How do you change and empty it in public without mess?

I’d love to give it a go but I’d love to learn more first.
