Trouble Sleeping - What keeps you up at night??

Is anyone else having trouble sleeping? My mind is literally racing a mile a minute. So many thoughts going through my head all night long! Tell me I’m not alone. What keeps you up at night? 4w 1d today.

4w6d for me. Thankfully the only thing keeping me awake is having to pee and being thirsty. Other than that I crash!

Last night was awful. First night since BFP that I’ve had to pee multiple times. Then I woke up at 4 and couldn’t go back to sleep 😩

Yes.. Its been hard to get some sleep. Ive had 2 losses and of course I dont want to lose this one and last night we got news that my aunt has terminal cancer so I was up crying.. I am sure I wont be sleeping much. I also canmot seem to get comfortable at all.

My 5 year old wakes me up!  Nothing else does

What I do is I walk before going to bed and get myself tired and that’s helped me a lot

5 weeks 3 days. I haven’t gotten a solid nights sleep in two weeks now. I wake up uncomfortable. My husband is a bed hog, but that’s always been the case and it didn’t typically cause me too wake. I also wake every night now having to pee! Another thing that wasn’t an issue before! And, I used to sleep till the last possible minute. Now I get to work a half hour early and get up at 6:40, compared to 8 when I usually got up.

I do it's usually getting into a comfortable position and then clearing my mind
