HELP! So I’m new to this and when I previously got pregnant it was pretty much straight away and I didn’t think to use a OPK test. Unfortunately I miscarried at 6 months had a natural labour. It’s 7 months on and Now i feel like I’m ready again.

I stopped the combined pill about a month ago had a natural period and now ovulating. I took the below OPK test didn’t know what it meant so used the glow strip analyser which came up negative but the next Dot was positive? Does this mean I’m going to ovulate In the next day or two?

According to glow I ovulate Friday so should I still be getting a negative reading?

Any help will be appreciated!!!!
