1. I take Folic Acid daily! ✅ (every woman that could potentially get pregnant should be taking it daily. It’s important for the very beginning of brain/ spine development and we really should have it in your system prior to pregnancy, so at conception baby is getting brain nourishment from the start.

2. Preseed lube during ovulation week! Even if you think you don’t need it, go buy it and use it. It’s helping the sperm survive the sometimes acidic or off balance Ph/ environment vaginas can have. Other lubes aren’t really sperm safe. If the cervical mucus isn’t just right, sperm have a harder time surviving so just in general to give them their best chance we always use it during ovulation week lol.

3. Pay attention to your cervical mucus. Have sex once a day every day your ovulating. Don’t go strictly according to the app. Use the app as a guideline, but pay attention to your body and your CM. Some women test to see if they are ovulating, if you aren’t able to tell on your own, you can do that too but I don’t personally need a test to give me the okay to jump my hubbys bones 😜

4. Have fun with it!! So important. Make it sexy. Make it fun. We’ve had such a roller coaster of positives and negatives and hope and heart break. But we’ve never stopped dating, we’ve never stopped making it fun or sexy. Make your baby out of love ❤️❤️

5. I don’t test early anymore! Never again 🙅🏼‍♀️ I’ve had 3 positive tests 3 different times. And a week after having positive tests and crying from the joy, I’d start my period and the next week or 2 it would be negative. The highs and lows of early testing (for me) is not worth the heartache anymore. So we just have fun with it. Have lots of sex. If my period comes then no biggie. I’m waiting for that special time when it *hopefully finally doesn’t 😩🙏🏻 lol
