SO disgusting but please help!!

What is this!?! I started my first real period since having my daughter 6 months ago, I am wearing a tampon I just put it in about 30 minutes ago, just went to use the bathroom and this was in my pants. It looks and feels like it shedded off of me, definitely not a clot of blood
