Possible pre eclampsia?

Question

Today my blood pressure was a tad high and now I have to do the 24/hr collection. I have general anxiety which my doctor knows so normally when it’s high he knows that’s the case (white coat syndrome). Now he just wants to take extra precautions since I’m 36 weeks. But the issue now is my anxiety and stress is through the roof knowing that something could be wrong and I just want my son to be healthy and come out safe. Any advice or any other moms going through the same thing. I’m a ftm and this is my rainbow. I’m nervous enough about delivery in general😕

If it's pre-eclampsia, you will have other symptoms and the baby will likely be delivered early. However, I've had hypertension with my first and this one. I blame it on increasing anxiety as due date approaches.... Got to love having anxiety 😒, anyhow with my first I was on bedrest because laying my pressures are normal. This time I can't do bedrest because of work and resting with a toddler isn't restful so I'm on BP meds. I've never done the 24hr test because my urine is always clear just high BP.

Mine spiked at 34 weeks just a little (132/72) and I went into a full blown panic for two weeks, so it was super high at my 36 week appt (158/96)  
I started monitoring at home and doing lots of meditation and now it hovers in the 110s-130s/80s. All my pre e tests were fine. I didn’t have any other symptoms of pre e except for the bp. 
I know how quickly anxiety can bring it up girl, it sucks. I downloaded the Expectful app for guided pregnancy meditation and it has been amazingly helpful.

I’m in the hospital too for 24 hour observation. ☺️ just relax and enjoy feeling your little one in your belly. That’s what I’m focusing on.
