Hey mommas! Question! I very much overproduce milk and I’ve continued to pump to keep up my supply, so I’ve got a good stash of frozen. My little one is 11 weeks old, so I have some frozen from when I first started to breastfeed in July. I unfroze one today for the first time with a date I’d 8/3/18 - only 2.5 months ago. I froze it within 3 days of pumping (with it being in the fridge) so I know it was good going into the freezer. When it finally thawed, it smelt and tasted so bad!! I can’t even describe what it smelt or tasted like, but I know I won’t be giving it to my daughter! Has anyone else experienced this? Will all of the frozen milk I have do this?! I’ve got A LOT stored... :(
