Low sperm count 😭

my hubby to be has recently had a vasectomy reversal and currently only producing 2 million per ml sperms .... we have been told this is too low and I won’t fall pregnant .. is there anything out there that could help us boost it ?? The doc said it could increase or it could decrease we are desperate
