Bfp or cysts?? 🤔

So I went to the doctor today and he had said I had 4 cysts. He also told me he couldn't put me on any medication because he needed to know if I was pregnant first since I was supposed to start on Monday. 3 days late today. He did a pregnancy test and came back positive. Then when I got home I took 2 more tests and they were strong bfp and appeared right away. Could it be the cysts giving me a false positive or bfp?? The purple test on the right is the one from the Dr.
