What kind of cramping is “okay”

I’ve never had period cramps, so I’m not sure what is okay and what’s not when it comes to this pregnancy. Could anyone help me out? I’m not in excruciating pain it buckled over it anything and haven’t had any bleeding, just what I assume is Leukorrhea. But I do have occasional cramping in my lower abdomen, uterus area. Just wondering what pains/sensations are normal and what isn’t. I’m worrying about everything since this is my first and I’ve known since 4w2d and don’t have a dr appt until 8w5d and I’m just now 7w today 😩
