Ultrasound question

Hi ladies! I have a question about ultrasounds. I’m 20 weeks and noticed that the last few times I’ve gotten ultrasounds (every few weeks due to previous losses) I get lightheaded and nauseous whenever the ultrasound tech goes over this one spot on my stomach. It’s the same spot every time. I don’t know if they are pushing too hard on my little guy or if it’s supposed to be like this. It’s just very uncomfortable and sometimes painful and I end up feeling sick the rest of the day. Has anyone had this happen? Just looking for some advice
