Today is just a sad day for me

I was recently diagnosed with pcos I’m 29 and we’ve been TTC for a year with no luck I have my period every day and no dr could figure out why so they sent me a fertility dr who did surgeries and blood test after blood test and finally told me I have pcos so he put me on birth control to regulate my period until I could pay 1000$ for the first month of fertility treatment I forgot to take my birth control for one day and I started my period this morning so I’m supper emotional so tonight I mention to my partner that I wanted to look into adoption and he says I don’t want to adopt so I said well what if we can’t have kids and he just kind of blew it off so I’m sitting on my couch venting to whoever reads this I just now feel very sad
