I naturally miscarried my baby at 11 weeks and I buried him ,and I consider me his mommy, but I was wondering do you tell people that you had a baby? when they ask me, it's very uncomfortable for me ,I always say I have one in heaven because I really don't know what to say, or sometimes I'll say I had a loss.like I cannot just say no because I saw my little baby and that's my baby ,just in heaven now.

I'm telling everybody about my baby. We didn't announce our pregnancy, and then when I miscarried I felt so guilty for not letting everyone share in our joy while I was pregnant. So I announced our miscarriage on Instagram. And I'm talking about it, a lot. I've felt so alone, and I don't want anyone else to feel that way. I'm so sorry for your loss. ❤

Yes I believe u should tell people about your baby. The birth of a child should be celebrated. Even though you had a miscarriage he was still a part of you. Your baby. 
I also had a miscarriage 6 years ago. Twins. At a little over 16 weeks. It was hard. It's always hard. Even though we didn't get to celebrate their lives here on earth. We know that they are in heaven as is your baby. 
Most women who miscarry just want the world to know that their baby existed. Their baby was here. Alive. It's so hard to loose them. Your will always be his mama.

We hadn't told very many people I was pregnant yet, and I only told a few about losing the baby who hadn't known. It's been 2 years and I've told a few people over time. There are a lot of reasons we didn't announce it, but I think it's an extremely personal decision for everyone to make. 
For me it was so painful to talk about. I didn't think I'd be able to handle the well intentioned but hurtful comments a lot of people would have made. I also didn't want to cause pain for loved ones who would understand what it's like. I felt there's nothing they could do to help so why hurt them. I was very depressed for quite a while which wasn't helped by the fact it took us nearly 2 years to concieve again. Every month felt like having my heart ripped out. And I didn't want to have to explain we were trying again or deal with comments on that. Just a couple months before I got my bfp, my husband's aunt asked when we were going to have kids; I completely shut down and couldn't say anything. I don't know what my face looked like, but after my husband answered her I went to the bathroom to cry and texted him I was ready to go home. 
Maybe if she had known she wouldn't have asked that specific question, but I feel like either way you're open to comments that might hurt. 
I hate when people ask if this is my first but I just answer what they mean. Yes, this will be my first born child; no, I don't have any kids living with me. I don't need to pour out my heart to every stranger or acquaintance because I know they don't want to know the whole story. But it's a knife in the heart every time and it still feels like a terrible lie.

We lost our little girl last year while I was pregnant. And i always talk about her to people who ask me about if I have babies. She is my baby the one who watches over me and my fiancé just because she isn’t physically here doesn’t make me any less of a mom or him any less of a dad we will always talk about and celebrate our sweet Lilly ❤️

I’m sorry for your loss as well. I agree with the other comments, just do what you feel best about. I’m 10w6d, but found out yesterday my baby has no heartbeat. One thing I’m struggling with is what to do with my baby’s body when I fully miscarry ( I haven’t started heavily bleeding yet). Where did you end up burying your baby? I was thinking about that, but haven’t heard of many people doing that when the loss is in the 1st trimester. Thanks.

I just had a miscarriage yesterday at 11 weeks as well. Im so sorry that you are going thru this. It’s probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone thru and the support Of other women who have gone thru this is helping me a lot. I say say whatever you feel comfortable with. A loss is a loss. You carried your child and you are a mother. You were a mother from the day you found out you were pregnant. You have created a bond with your child that no one else understands. Regardless how long you carried your child, you are his mother. ❤️ wishing you the best
