Diva cup and iud?

This might be a stupid question but is a menstrual cup okay to use with an iud? Can the suction affect the placement of the iud at all?

You can you them together. Studies show that there is no higher risk than those who do not use cups. 
I have been for almost a year and I have had no problems. Just be gentle when removing.

You can use it but you have to be careful with the suction or else you’ll yank the iud out. Lol

It can affect the placement if you neglect to break the seal upon removal, also if the iud is new you should wait until the strings coil around your cervix
