so scared , please answer

so me and my SO had sex twice last night , i’m 4w1d according to this app according to another i’m 4w4d , and this morning i went to use the restroom and i seen blood , when i wiped it wasn’t a lot but it was kinda red kinda pink , but when i put the tissue into the toilet it was very much a pink color. back in January i had a still birth , i drunk something to pee again , and no blood came out .. should i be worried? 😢😢
