How did breastfeeding benefit you and/or your baby ?
First time mom stuck between breastfeeding and formula feeding. I know with breastfeeding comes a lot of responsibility because it’s still stuff you shouldn’t consume as if your still pregnant but I know it’s good for the baby. But I also know plenty of babies that are formula fed including myself and turned out just as fine as a breastfed baby
