Okay so I don’t know if I have thrush downstairs

I thought it was a UTI returning ( I had one two weeks ago and took antibiotics ) I went Doctors today , urine sample came back all clear.

But I feel irritated down there like a UTI, it burns a little and just feels generally irritated around my pee hole all the time.

My doctor was really confused because all my symptoms point to a UTI ( needing to pee all the time, burning after peeing, lower stomach pain)

but my urine is totally clear- she told me to try thrush cream but I have literally no symptoms of thrush I only have the irritating/burning feeling 🙃 there’s no redness, no itching, no weird discharge so I don’t understand

It’s defo not an STI/STD. Only ever had one sexual partner and I get tested every time my bc changes to be 10000% sure.
