Okay so I am currently pregnant with a baby boy but I had a dream that I was pregnant with twins. Of course I know I’m not but what increases the chances of your second pregnancy being twins? Please no rude or put down comments I originally was hoping my boy was two lol as I am blessed I still have the want deep inside to have two later on after my boy comes...
