Alesse pill

does anyone take the Alesse/Larissia birth control pill? i’m about to go on the pill for the first time and apparently it’s an ultra low dose pill (levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol). i was just curious if anyone experienced side effects from it because i heard ultra low dose pills can cause more side effects like vaginal dryness, breast tenderness/swelling, etc.
