Thoughts??

Ok so I had my first ultrasound Monday at 8 weeks 6 days. Doctor discovered that I have a extremely retroverted uterus. He only did an abdominal ultrasound and it was VERY hard to see anything but he stated that baby is under the two lines (circled in red) when he was moving the wand around there was a visible line between the red circle and the yellow. He said he thinks it’s only one baby. I’m not entirely convinced what are your thoughts?? Please help! This is the only picture I got from the ultrasound.
