My husband found out in February he had zero sperm due to low testosterone. He’s been on 50mg/day of clomid since March. His testosterone levels have been:

March 5 - 250

May 14 - 372.8

Sept 7 - 616

Oct 10 - 464.4

His count has also come back, last SA was in August and it was 15.5 million.

My question is, is there any reason to be concerned about it going down between September and October? He saw his urologist after the last blood draw and it was brought up but he wasn’t super concerned.

Just looking for some insight on if it’s normal to fluctuate or not. Thanks ladies!
