What I eat in a day. Is it too little??
Hi! i am 15 yrs old, i weight about 93 lbs and im 5”2. For exercise i normally do 1 hr of pilates and sometimes indoor cycling. Anyway, here is what i normally eat in a day. people say its too little but honestly i don’t even know!!
Breakfast:
-1 egg white
-2 slices of deli turkey breast (about 1oz)
-1.5oz tofu
Snack:
-Some celery or carrots
Lunch:
-Plain salad (literally just lettuce with lemon and balsamic; bc i hate dressings and sauces)
-grilled veggies like zucchini, asparagus or broccoli
-around 3 - 3.5oz of protein (salmon, chicken breast or meat)
Snack:
-homemade sugar free jell-o
Dinner:
-1 egg
