I dont have insurance. They are perfect circles. Not painful. My A1C was tested a few months ago at 5.6 so I don't believe it's diabetes. I have plantar fasciitis. I'm 320 lbs.

Looks like you wear converse sneakers and that’s where those holes are. Could be pressing on your feet

Being overweight does cause issues to your whole body especially legs and feet since so much pressure is on them when all of weight is being out on them🤷 get better shoes for support.

Those are bruises, from bursted blood vessels in your feet. From your socks, it looks like you wear flats or some other form of shoe that is basically like walking barefoot. Sorry to say it, but you’re heavy and need to support your feet better.

I'm not sure what this could be but you need supportive arch shoes and thick socks. Not Van's or converse that are flat foot shoes
