Trapped nerve in my back started 4 days ago, today it has just been impossible to walk, sit, stand and bend over. It’s nearly had me crippled over in pain tbh 😠I really hope this doesn’t carry on until the end of my pregnancy! 😣
Anyone have any idea on how I can get rid of it? I’m in so much pain 😩😩
