Letter from compliance? Help! Anyone get this

I’m a single mummy who lives with my parents I claim income support..
I just got a letter saying they are calling to see me? I haven’t done anything. I rang up and the man said that my name has just flagged up and just checking. 
I’m so worried I haven’t do anything.

Is that from income support or tax credits 
I had them there really annoying they said I flagged up because there was another male living at the address that was my cousin by the way and i had to prove we was not in a relationship when I told them lol pay for a dna they wrote and said all is well thanks for your time xx
