How to deal with unpleasant and bitchy female coworkers?

I’m generally cool with everyone at work, but one of my coworkers who I have to work close with has been hostile lately and when I would ask work related questions or for help with something, she would be very dramatic, raise her voice, and have an attitude. She is quite older than me by two decades, and we were cool in the beginning, but she has been like this for awhile.

What should I do? Leave it alone? Don’t ask her for help?

The other female coworker is just snotty and I tried making work more light hearted and initiate conversations but she doesn’t recipate at least with me she doesn’t. She’s fine with other people at work.

I know I should focus on my work but it makes it very awkward.
