Positive OPKs

If you’re still getting positive OPKs, does that mean you haven’t ovulated yet or just that the surge hasn’t gone away? I am on day 2 of positive OPKs and I’m just wondering if I can stop doing the deed today and let nature take its course since I’m probably ovulating like now or if it will still be a day or two? My poor husband has been so sick this week and I keep forcing him to BD the last few days with the impending positive OPKs and the positive OPKs. I told him he was already committed tonight, but do I need to tell him to be committed tomorrow too? I appreciate the advice y’all! 😀
