Oh my god. I got my BFP that I desperately wanted but now I am freaking the $&@! out. Is freaking out this much normal? I’m so afraid of childbirth. I don’t know how to look after a baby!

I’m 27 weeks and very much freaking out about childbirth. 
I don’t think that the freaking out really goes away—I feel anxious all the time but I’m a FTM too.

Sit down and try and discuss a birth plan with you Dr. That helped me... But don't get too caught up on your birth plan either because things can go differently obviously.... But it gives you your own stability in how you want things to go... I ended up having an emergency c section due to baby's heart rate... But it helped .e

I cried and panicked when I first found out. I'm 20w3d now and I'm still nervous occasionally but theres a lot of excitement in between. Hearing everything is great so far helped a lot. And going through it and finally realizing it's not as scary as you thought being pregnant helps too lol. Still scared about child birth but it comes and goes. This is my first too.
